On Jan 15, 2024, GeoJunxion completes the proposed Transaction, on Jan 18 the delisting from Euronext Amsterdam becomes effective and on Jan 22 the liquidation dividend is executed. GeoJunxion Holding B.V. is now a fully privately owned Company with GeoJunxion B.V. as the sole operational entity.
